1. Agreement Overview
This Exhibitor Contract ("Agreement") is entered into between Vegas Tiny Homes Expo, LLC ("Organizer") and [Exhibitor's Company Name] ("Exhibitor") for participation in the Vegas Tiny Homes Expo 2025.
2. Documentation Requirement
All exhibitors must submit the following documentation prior to participation:
Corporate documentation (e.g., business registration, proof of insurance).
Exhibitor-Vendor agreements completed and signed.
3. Booth, Lot, and Accommodation Assignment
Booths, lots, and hotel accommodations will be allocated by the Organizer.
Final assignments will be confirmed as the event dates approach, and details will be communicated to Exhibitors in advance.
Any requests for specific booth locations will be considered but are not guaranteed.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Exhibitor fees, if applicable, will be provided in a separate document.
Payment must be made in full by the due date specified by the Organizer. Late payments may result in forfeiture of the assigned booth or lot.
5. Event Participation and Set-Up
Exhibitors are expected to set up their booths according to the schedule provided by the Organizer.
Booth displays must adhere to the space limitations and design requirements provided.
No dismantling or removal of exhibits is allowed before the official end of the expo.
6. Exhibitor Responsibilities
Exhibitors are responsible for their own booth design, materials, and any additional accommodations needed beyond what is provided by the Organizer.
Exhibitors must comply with all expo regulations, including safety guidelines and decor restrictions.
Any damages caused by the Exhibitor to the venue or booth space will be the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor.
7. Liability and Insurance
The Organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Exhibitor or its representatives.
Exhibitors are required to have liability insurance to cover potential risks and submit proof of insurance along with the corporate documentation.
8. Cancellation Policy
If the Exhibitor cancels participation, refunds may be issued based on the date of cancellation relative to the event. A cancellation fee may apply.
If the Organizer cancels the event, all Exhibitors will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
9. Agreement Acceptance
By signing below, the Exhibitor agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
